The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial accounting, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliation, MIS reporting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial documentation. Working knowledge of SAP (FI Module) and Tally is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day financial accounting and bookkeeping activitiesHandle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processesProcess vendor Invoices, customer Invoices, payments, and receiptsPerform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and MISAssist in month-end and year-end closing activitiesMonitor cash flow and expense trackingEnsure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (where applicable)Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliationsWork on SAP (FI Module) for financial transactions, reporting, and reconciliationsMaintain proper financial records and supporting documentationCoordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and vendors for finance-related activitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisRequired Skills0-1 year of experience in Finance & AccountsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processesHands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank ReconciliationWorking knowledge of SAP (FI Module)Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferredGood understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory complianceProficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, MIS reporting) and MS OfficeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related fieldM.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantageExperience in financial reporting and MIS preparationKnowledge of budgeting and forecastingFamiliarity with ERP systems and internal financial controlsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
