Finance Controller | CA | Startup

**Role & responsibilities** • Own month-end closing, financial reporting and MIS. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital. - Drive revenue, margin and unit economics analysis. - Manage GST, TDS, tax, ROC and payroll compliances. - Handle statutory/internal audits and identify tax/cost leakages. - Strengthen SOPs, financial controls and accounting processes. **Preferred candidate profile** • CA with 36 years experience post-qualification. • Strong MIS, budgeting, and analysis skills. • Solid on GST, TDS; hands-on with Accounting/ERP software. • Startup experience — comfortable with ambiguity and doing the work yourself. • Curious about the business — asks why the number moved, not just what it is.
