The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in import and export finance, financial planning, working capital management, treasury, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial discipline, optimizing cash flow, managing international trade transactions, and supporting business growth through effective financial planning and control. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall finance and accounts function, ensuring effective financial planning, reporting, and control. Manage import and export finance operations, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), foreign remittances, and trade-related banking facilities. Oversee foreign exchange (forex) exposure, currency risk management, and international payment transactions. Manage working capital, cash flow, fund management, and banking relationships. Drive budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis. Oversee financial statements, audits, taxation, and statutory compliance in accordance with applicable regulations. Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, capital expenditure, and financial performance. Coordinate with procurement, supply chain, commercial, operations, and business teams to ensure effective financial management. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and strengthening internal financial controls. Required Qualifications & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Relevant experience in a finance leadership role within a manufacturing organization. Strong hands-on experience in import finance, export finance, and international trade transactions. Good understanding of banking facilities, LC/BG management, forex transactions, and working capital. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and cost control.
