Finance Intern

**Role Overview** We are looking for a motivated **Finance Intern** to join our Finance team. The candidate will support the Finance Manager in day-to-day finance activities across our **India, US, UK, and Singapore entities**. The six-month internship will provide hands-on exposure to finance operations, MIS, cash management, compliance coordination, and financial analysis, with the intention of developing the candidate into a **Financial Analyst**. **Key Responsibilities** - Maintain cash trackers and monitor bank balances, collections, and upcoming payments across entities. - Maintain and manage petty cash and related records. - Assist in gathering financial information from different entities for monthly MIS and management reporting. - Support the preparation of MIS, cash-flow reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. - Prepare customer invoices and maintain invoice and collection trackers. - Work with the finance manager and external accounting firms to make information complete - Assist with documentation required for audits, Company Secretarial matters, banking, investor requirements, and due diligence. - Assist the Finance Manager with other finance and analytical requirements as needed. - Gradually take up variance analysis, financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting as the candidate develops in the role. **Candidate Requirements** - BCom, accounting or finance degree, MBA finance, or a CA-pathway background. - Fresh graduates and candidates at the beginning of their finance careers are welcome to apply. - Good understanding of accounting and financial statements. - Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as the role involves regular coordination with internal teams and external consultants. - Willingness to learn, take ownership, and develop into a Financial Analyst role. **Career Path:** **Finance Intern (6 months) Financial Analyst**, subject to performance.**Role & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile**
