Finance Intern

**Role Overview** The Finance Intern will support the finance and accounting team in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and data management. This role provides practical exposure to accounting processes, financial analysis, taxation, and compliance, making it ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in finance and accounting. **Key Responsibilities** Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports Support in invoice processing, billing, and expense tracking Help in maintaining books of accounts in accounting software (e.g., Tally) Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger management Support in GST data preparation and return filing assistance Help in monthly and quarterly financial closing activities Assist in preparing financial statements and MIS reports Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation and approvals Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records Assist in ad-hoc financial and accounting tasks as assigned **Required Skills** Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts Knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry, basic reporting) Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting software (preferred) Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and taxation concepts Strong analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills **Education** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) students preferred Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage **Location** Pune, Maharashtra.
