Finance Manager

BRIGHTBLU is an EV charging technology company building and deploying charging solutions across India.We operate across product design, manufacturing, OEM partnerships, CPOs and enterprise infrastructure.The RoleThis is not just an accounting and compliance role.You will own finance, accounting, cash flow, working capital, reporting, taxation, inventory finance andfinancial controls, while working closely with the leadership team, procurement, sales and operations.You should be able to answer questions such as: Where is our cash tied up?Why did gross margin move?Which products/customers are most profitable?How much working capital is sitting in inventory?What is our cash requirement over the next 3–6 months?Are our financial controls strong enough to support the next stage of growth?What You Will Own1. Financial Accounting & ControlsOwn O2C, P2P and R2R processesMonthly and annual financial closingBalance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions and depreciationIntercompany accounting and multi-entity reportingStatutory and financial audit coordinationMaintain strong accounting controls and discipline2. MIS & Business FinanceMonthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reportingAR/AP ageing and working-capital reportingBudget vs. actual analysisCash-flow forecasting and cash planningGross margin, COGS and cost-of-conversion analysisProduct/SKU profitability and management reportingProvide actionable financial insights to leadership3. Cash Flow & Working CapitalOwn the rolling cash-flow forecastMonitor collections, supplier payments and cash requirementsIdentify working-capital risks and opportunitiesImprove cash conversion and receivables disciplineWork closely with sales and procurement to manage cash efficiently4. Manufacturing Finance & CostingBOM and product costingCOGS and gross-margin analysisInventory valuation and cost controlsIdentify cost leakages and margin improvement opportunitiesSupport pricing decisions and new-product/business casesFinancial analysis for manufacturing and capacity expansion5. Tax & Statutory ComplianceGST, TDS and corporate tax complianceCustoms-related financial complianceCompanies Act compliance coordinationManage statutory, tax and GST audits with external advisors6. Inventory & Financial ControlsFinancial control over RM, WIP and finished goodsStock reconciliation and periodic stock auditsInventory valuationEnsure alignment between physical inventory, ERP and financial records7.
