Finance Manager (CA)

(YCPL) **Location:** Andheri, Mumbai **Experience:** 4-7 Years **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA) **About the Role** We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team as a Financial Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, financial planning, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, preferably with experience in NBFC or financial services. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books. - Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and preparation of financial statements. - Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Monitor cash flows, fund utilisation, working capital, and financial performance. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage audit-related requirements. - Develop and maintain financial MIS, dashboards, and management reports. - Analyse financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management for business decisions. - Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes, and operational efficiencies. - Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, consultants, and other stakeholders as required. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 47 years of relevant post-qualification experience. - Experience in NBFC or financial services will be preferred. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliances. - Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and MIS reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting systems. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to independently manage finance operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. The selected candidate may be deployed, aligned, or assigned to support any specific business, vertical, subsidiary, associate, or entity within the Yes Capital Group, depending upon organizational requirements. Further, the candidate may be employed on the payroll of Yes Capital India Pvt.
