Job SummaryThe Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s overall financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and cash flow management. This role plays a key part in financial planning, cost control, and supporting leadership with strategic financial insights.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting, finance, and treasury operationsPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and regulatory filingsMonitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilizationCoordinate with external auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authoritiesImplement and monitor internal controls and financial policiesAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisionsSupervise and guide finance and accounting team membersSupport management in strategic planning, cost optimization, and risk managementMandatory RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related fieldProfessional qualification such as CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferredMinimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting rolesStrong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory complianceHands-on experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and auditsProficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)Experience in managing teams and coordinating with external stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
