Finance & Strategy Manager | CA | D2C/Retail

**Role & responsibilities** - Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and dashboards to support business decisions. - Analyse revenue, costs, margins, working capital, cash flow, and business performance. - Support fundraising, financial due diligence, valuation, investor reporting, and strategic transactions. - Oversee monthly financial closing, reconciliations, audits, accounting controls, and statutory compliance. - Manage receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital to improve financial efficiency. - Develop financial models for expansion, unit economics, profitability, and new business initiatives. - Improve finance processes, reporting systems, automation, and controls while partnering with leadership on strategic projects. **Preferred candidate profile** - Big 4 experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, or a related financial advisory role. - Strong understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, business valuation, cash flows, working capital, and profitability analysis. - Experience in financial due diligence, transaction analysis, or fundraising-related financial assessments. - Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills, with the ability to analyse complex financial data and derive actionable insights. - Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, audit processes, and Indian statutory compliance.
