We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to drive financial reporting, planning, business partnering, and process excellence.Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Lead month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, management reporting, and financial controls.Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, variance analysis, and performance monitoring to support business decisions.Business Partnering: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to evaluate business performance, profitability, investments, and growth opportunities.Management Reporting & Insights: Translate complex financial data into actionable insights, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations.Team Leadership & Development: Set team objectives, coach and mentor finance professionals, manage workloads, and strengthen team capabilities.Process Improvement: Enhance reporting processes, systems, data quality, and financial controls through standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.Stakeholder Management: Provide technical finance guidance, challenge assumptions constructively, and support cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.Ideal Candidate Profile:Strong experience in financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Expertise in financial controls, reconciliations, management reporting, and performance management.Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.Experience in team management, coaching, and process improvement.Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
