Financial Analyst

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Finance Analyst to support business decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. The role will work closely with leadership, operations, and business teams to ensure strong financial control and data-driven growth.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis)Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business linesTrack KPIs and business performance metricsBudgeting & ForecastingAssist in annual budgeting and rolling forecastsMonitor budget vs actuals and highlight risks/opportunitiesSupport scenario planning and financial modelingBusiness & Strategic SupportProvide insights for pricing, client profitability, and cost optimizationSupport leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and dashboardsWork with business teams to evaluate new initiatives and investmentsControls & ComplianceEnsure financial processes follow internal controls and policiesSupport audits and compliance requirementsCoordinate with accounting and external consultants if requiredData & SystemsMaintain financial models and MIS reportsWork with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, BI dashboardsImprove automation and reporting efficiencyRequired Skills & QualificationsEducationCA (Inter / Final), MBA Finance, or equivalent qualificationExperience2–5 years in finance analysis, FP&A, or corporate financeExperience in media, digital marketing, SaaS, or service-based companies preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, models)Financial modeling and forecastingKnowledge of accounting principlesExposure to Power BI / Tableau is a plusSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear communication with non-finance stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and ownership mindset
