**WE ARE HIRING: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professionals** **Location:** Gurgaon (Work From Office) **Work Shift:** US Shift Alignment | Rotational Shift **Experience Range:** 10 - 15 Years (Hiring across Multiple Career Levels) **ABOUT THE ROLE:** We are looking for result-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professionals across Career Levels 8, 9 to join our global finance practice in Gurgaon. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** • End-to-end P&L Management, variance tracking, and strategic financial control. • Formulate annual budget planning, rolling forecasts, and Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB). • Manage cash flow forecasting and optimize working capital models. • Drive cross-functional business partnering with key internal stakeholders and operations leadership. • Deliver financial models, cost benchmarking, and strategic commentary for corporate reporting. **ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATION MATRIX:** • **CL-8 (12-15 Yrs Exp):** Max CTC up to 31.11 LPA | Qualification: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA Finance (Premier Institute) • **CL-9 (10 Yrs Exp):** Max CTC up to 21.82 LPA | Qualification: CA / CMA / CFA / CPA / MBA Finance (Premier Institute) **DESIRED PROFILE & TARGET BACKGROUND:** • High-priority target companies: Big 4 (KPMG, PwC, Deloitte, EY), FMCG, or Tobacco sector experience. • Strong foundation in budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance evaluation.
