Financial Reporting Specialist - Manufacturing / Energy Industry - CA

**Position : Deputy Manager / Manager Financial Reporting (Ind AS/IFRS) - Well know Industry - Mumbai,** **Responsibilities: -** **Financial Reporting:** Prepare Full Set standalone and Consolidated financial Statements as per Schedule-3 on quarterly basis by 15th day from the end of the quarter, General Ledger review and scrutiny at regular intervals, Closure of outcomes during review and scrutiny, Taking Ind AS entries on monthly basis in books, Prepare and Finalize Standalone and Consolidated condensed financial statements on monthly basis by 4th of every month, Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) under Group Reporting Compliance. Ensure compliance with **Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS**for the purpose of Group Reporting Compliance, Co-ordinating with Auditor for Statutory Audit and getting statutory audit closed within 2 months from year end, Prepare financials as per management requirement for merger or any other assignment, Preparing various accounting policies as per Business requirement, in compliance with Ind AS Preparing and documenting necessary supporting required for Internal Financial Control for Financial Reporting (IFCR) and Risk Assessment and Control Matrix (RACM) for various business processes for compliance Related party compliance as per companies act **B)** **Required skills and qualifications:** **Chartered Accountant / CA with POST Qualification experience of 3 + years.** Experience in Financial Reporting, Finance Control ship, Accounts finalization and Statutory Audit In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule-3 of companies act and compliance requirements. Experience in coordinating with external consultants and partners for advisory services and project management.
