Hiring CA For finance and accounting role

**Key Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including GL accounting, journal entries, accruals, provisions, and month-end closing activities. - Review and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions and financial records. - Prepare and review account reconciliations, including bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities and ensure timely closure of outstanding items. - Drive month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure adherence to timelines. - Work extensively on SAP for accounting transactions, reporting, reconciliations, and finance-related processes. - Review SAP-generated reports and ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting data. - Identify accounting/process gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions. - Prepare and review MIS and management reports for internal and client stakeholders. - Coordinate with auditors, tax teams, business teams, and other stakeholders as required. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures. - Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardisation of accounting processes. - Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, including work allocation, review, coaching, and performance management. - Handle client interactions and independently manage accounting deliverables and escalations.
