**Position:** **Indian Accounting Specialist - For well Known Manufacturing (Listed Company - Navi Mumbai)** **AM/DM/Manager - Well Known Financial Capital Investment Company - BKC - Bandra- East** **Job Responsibilities:** Preparation of financial statements as per IND AS requirements from Trial Balance by coordinating with various team members. Preparation of Consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow with Notes to Accounts. Ensuring timely Month end closing and maintaining accuracy. Monthly financial variance analysis statement. Preparing Management Committee presentation. Preparing and posting certain month end accounting entries. Validation of Annual Report with signed financials. Preparation of inter-company reconciliations with group company and its accuracy by recording debit notes, credit notes, invoices etc Preparing computation of unrealized profit on stock arising from inter company transactions. PBT (Profit Before Tax) reconciliation between consolidated financials and individual subsidiaries to ensure accuracy of values. Quarterly MIS for Board purpose with analytical reasoning . Preparation of consolidated Statement of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow variances in Management and SEBI format. Coordinating with Auditors for Subsidiaries and Consolidation data sharing Resolving queries if any of statutory, internal and other auditors.
