The trainee will gain hands-on experience in finance/accounting/internal audit while contributing to meaningful projects in a corporate environment. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Assist in financial statements preparation & Support month-end and year-end closing activities - Assist in handing of Statutory Audits, Internal audits, Risk assessments, and compliance reviews - Assist in updating RACM, IFC audit for group entities. - Support in variance analysis and MIS reporting - Participate in process improvement initiatives and internal controls - Coordinate with internal teams and statutory auditors as required - Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory standards applicable to listed companies. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Passed both groups of CA Intermediate under ICAI - Eligible and registered as per ICAI norms for industrial training **Key Skills Required:** - Good knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS), taxation, and audit concepts - Proficient in MS Excel; ERP exposure (SAP/Oracle) will be added advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good written and verbal communication - Team player with high integrity and professionalism **Perks and Benefits:** - Stipend of Rs 20,000 per month as per Industry practice - Exposure to a listed corporate environment with learning opportunities in statutory reporting, internal controls and global compliance practices - Medical Insurance will be provided - Opportunity to work with experienced finance professionals, auditors, and leadership teams **Application & Contact Details:** Interested candidates meeting the above eligibility may apply by sending their updated resume to: Email ID: akhilesh.jain@sisindia.com ; amankumar@sisindia.com
