**Job Description CA Industrial Trainee** **Position: CA Industrial Trainee** **Department: Finance & Accounts** **Location: Gurugram, NCR** **Industry: Real Estate / Construction** **Employment Type: Full-time Industrial Training** **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in financial accounting, reporting, and month-end closing activities. - Support preparation and analysis of MIS, management reports, and financial statements. - Assist in accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and reconciliation. - Support bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and inter-company reconciliations. - Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and related documentation. - Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring. - Assist in internal audit, statutory audit, and tax audit requirements. - Review financial data and identify discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution. - Support project-wise cost tracking, expense analysis, and financial monitoring. - Assist senior team members with ad-hoc financial analysis and management presentations. - Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. **Eligibility** - Pursuing CA and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines. - Strong academic record with sound knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, and Financial Management. - Candidates with prior internship/articleship experience in Finance & Accounts will be preferred. - Good working knowledge of MS Excel. - Knowledge of SAP/ERP and accounting software will be an added advantage. **Key Skills** **Financial Accounting | MIS Reporting | Reconciliation | GST & TDS | Auditing | Taxation | Cost Analysis | MS Excel | Financial Analysis | ERP/SAP** **Preferred Candidate Profile** **A detail-oriented and analytical CA student with a strong understanding of accounting and finance, good numerical ability, and willingness to gain practical exposure in a corporate Finance & Accounts environment, particularly within the real estate/construction sector.**
