Management Trainee - Financial Analyst

**Position:** Management Trainee Analyst **Department:** Business Development & Strategy. **Role Overview** The Management Trainee Analyst will support financial analysis, modelling, market research, and evaluation of real estate investments and development opportunities. The role involves analysing financial data, assisting with investment assessments, and preparing reports and presentations to support business and investment decisions. Key Responsibilities **Financial Modelling & Analysis** - Assist in preparing and maintaining financial models, including cash flow projections, DCF analysis, and project feasibility models. - Analyse financial metrics such as IRR, NPV, equity multiples, and sensitivity scenarios. - Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and asset valuation. **Investment & Transaction Support** - Assist in evaluating potential real estate acquisitions, development opportunities, and existing assets. - Review property-level financials, rental income, operating expenses, and other relevant financial information. - Support due diligence activities and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants. **Market Research & Analysis** - Conduct research on real estate markets, submarkets, and competing assets. - Analyse market trends, property pricing, rental yields, capitalisation rates, and supply-demand dynamics. - Prepare comparative analyses and benchmarking reports to support investment decisions. **Reporting & Documentation** - Prepare financial reports, investment presentations, and analytical summaries for management review. - Track asset and portfolio performance against financial projections. - Assist in preparing documentation for debt financing and lender requirements. **Candidate Profile** - Master's degree in Finance. - Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, financial modelling, and data analysis. - Proficiency in preparing presentations and pitch decks. - Understanding of financial statements, DCF analysis, property valuation, and investment metrics. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of real estate, investment banking, private equity, financial analysis, or consulting. - Exposure to commercial real estate assets such as office spaces, retail, industrial properties, or hospitality will be an advantage. **Why Panchshil Realty?** An opportunity to gain exposure to real estate investments, financial analysis, and development feasibility while contributing to strategic business and investment decisions.
