If you have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, end-to-end implementations, and client-facing functional delivery, we would be happy to connect with you. **Position Details** - Company: OSI Digital - Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant CA Qualified - Experience: 10+ years overall, including 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Finance experience - Employment Type: Full-time - Work Location: UAE Onsite for a minimum of 1 year - Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory **Key Responsibilities** - Understand business operations and finance processes, and lead requirements gathering and functional documentation. - Perform solution design and fit-gap analysis for Oracle Fusion Finance implementations and integrations. - Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules based on business requirements. - Support data migration for Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL) Trial Balances using FBDI and ADFdi templates. - Develop financial reports using Financial Reporting Studio. - Collaborate with technical and integration teams on interfaces, transaction flows, and reconciliations. - Conduct CRP1, CRP2, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and client demonstrations. - Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, and test scripts. - Support end-to-end implementations and post-implementation activities. **Required Skills** - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. - 10+ years of overall experience, including 8+ years of hands-on Oracle Finance experience. - Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Project Accounting, Tax, Dubai VAT, and AGIS. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Intercompany setups. - Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations. - Hands-on experience with FBDI and ADFdi templates for data migration. - Understanding of integrations between Oracle Finance, third-party systems, and SAP. - Strong experience in interface design, transaction flows, reconciliation, and end-to-end accounting validation. - Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to work onsite in the UAE for a minimum of one year is essential. **Good to Have** - Oracle Implementation Certification. - Experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules. - Experience contributing to Oracle ERP practice development. **Application Process** Interested candidates are requested to **share their updated resume at careers@osidigital.com**, along with the following details: 1.
