But most CA firms don't do estate planning or inheritance work in-house. They pass it to local lawyers, and when those lawyers delay, the client blames the CA. WillJini gives CAs a reliable, pan-India partner and a new revenue line. **What you'll do** - Map and pitch Mumbai's top CA practitioners and firms, and sign them as partners. - Onboard partner firms and train their teams to spot succession needs in tax and advisory work. - Support early client cases so CAs see the WillJini experience first-hand. - Build a repeatable playbook, then take the channel pan-India through ICAI branches, study circles and CA networks. - Run knowledge sessions and webinars for CA audiences. - Share CA feedback with our product and legal teams, and track the partner funnel. **What success looks like** - 90 days: [X] Mumbai firms signed and actively referring. - 12 months: CA channel live in [X] cities, with a team growing under you. **You are** - A qualified CA (03 years) who would rather pitch than reconcile. - A confident communicator in English and Hindi; Gujarati or Marwari is a plus. - Comfortable with targets, travel and building from scratch. - Bonus: articleship with HNI or family-business clients, or a strong CA network. **You get** - Your own vertical as the first CA Alliances hire. - Direct work with the founders on strategy. - Business and partnership skills most CAs never get this early. - Fixed plus performance incentives. **How to apply** Email your CV to jugal@willjini.com with the subject "CA Alliances - [Your Name]".
