We’re Hiring: Fund Accounting Professionals – Analyst | Senior Analyst | Assistant ManagerIndia (Mumbai) | Private Equity, Private Credit & Hedge Fundshybrid - 3 Day WFOOPEN POSITIONSAnalyst – Fund Accounting (0–4 yrs, PE accounting)Senior Analyst – Fund Accounting (4–8 yrs, fund admin / fund accounting)Assistant Manager – Fund Accounting (Senior Associate / Supervisor / AM-level experience, with review and team-handling exposure)WHAT YOU’LL WORK ONNAVs, management accounts, investor reporting and annual/interim financial statementsPartner capital accounts, commitments, capital calls, distributions, management fees, and waterfall/carried interest calculationsHedge fund subscriptions, redemptions, equalisation and performance feesCash, position and trade reconciliations, plus recording of investment activityLoan administration for private credit and direct lending, including drawdowns, repayments, interest accruals and covenant monitoring (Analyst level)Onboarding new fund structures: static data, reporting templates and controlsFirst-level review and coaching of junior team members (Assistant Manager level)Working with investment managers, auditors, custodians, banks and global colleaguesFUND STRUCTURESPrivate equity, private credit, direct lending, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, SPVs, and hedge/open-ended fundsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or CommerceCA / ACCA / CPA / CFA / MBA Finance (qualified, part-qualified or pursuing)Hands-on PE / closed-ended fund accounting experience, with an understanding of hedge fund NAV and investor dealingStrong Excel skills for large datasets, reconciliations and NAV packsStrong attention to detail, a focus on controls, and clear communication with global stakeholdersGood to have: IFRS / US GAAP knowledge, and experience with fund accounting or reconciliation platformswould you be keen please share your updated resume with details like Current CTC, expected CTC , Notice period( max accepable notice period 30-40days) , relevant experience in PE/Hedge fund accounting, Fund admin etc Contact bdm@intellisearchonline.net
