Project Finance

Role Summary:The incumbent should adept at origination, structuring, and execution of financing documentsfor medium to large transactions. They should be specialized in developing accurate financialmodels, implementing sensitivity analysis, and providing strategic input to financing activities.The incumbent should be expert in analyzing financing options for business developmentprojects and contributing to M&A Due Diligence, including coordination with external financialadvisors.Key Responsibilities Lead or support the origination, structuring, negotiation and execution of financingdocuments (internal or project finance) for medium to large size transactions. Develop robust financial models to support investment decisions, following groupguidelines. Maintain responsibility for the accuracy and correct incorporation ofrelevant inputs to such models. Propose and implement relevant sensitivity analysis. Analyse, evaluate and recommend financing options and proposals as they relate to abusiness development project or other funding needs. Participation in the selection offunding sources / institutions. Assist the business development decision making process, identifying key financialindicators to be applied and monitored for investment decisions. Contribute to financial Due Diligence on M&A opportunities, including coordination ofexternal financial advisors.Skills &Competencies: MBA in finance and/or Engineering /Qualified CAMinimum 3-4 years in project/ infra finance post qualification. Exp in Renewable Energy, EPC or Infrastructure projects is a must  Strong financial modelling skills Willingness to take up responsibility and ownership. Intent to work at a pace required to meet deliverables/ targets. Exposure to origination, transactions and raising debt. Excellent Communication skills
