Job Title: Qualitative & Quantitative Research-Investment Banking & Private Markets (Associate/ Sr Associate/ Delivery Lead/ Manager) Location: Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune (Work From Office) Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST Department: Investment Banking & Private Markets Experience Level : 2-12 years Job PurposeAcuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team & Private Markets team.Key Responsibilities Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc. Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries. Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction” Key Competencies MBA/ CFA/ CA 2-12 years of experience in the Investment banking space Experience of working Investment banking projects, including: o Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements o Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps o Benchmarking, Ratio analysis o Pitch book / IM support Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails
