RTR Manager ( CA Or CMA is Must ) - Chennai - WFO - ok For Any shift

**Role & responsibilities** CA or CMA is must "• Manage delivery of RTR  activities as per the agreement with client • Lead and manage the team for RTR activities  • First level escalation for  process owners/Infosys R2R team • Review of JEs & review of recons to ensure no aged items • Deploy and monitor process controls, quality assurance plans and risk mitigation initiatives • Identify transformational initiatives • Motivate the team to meet and exceed SLAs • Track service level metrics" "• Qualified Accountants or Intermediate Accountants preferred with 7-9 years of prior work experience in R2R processes  • Strong team leading and motivational skills, performance reporting and tracking,  derive performance improvement ideas • Ability to multi task, prioritize activities & meeting deadlines • Good Analytical & Aptitude Skills • Experience in Workday ERP preferable" Role - Financial Controller for a Banking customer Ability to post Journal and review journals within the agreed timelines Do variance comments for p& L items and present to management Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation and post corrective entries Support Audit requirements during quarter end and at year end Collaboratively work with onshore client and stake holders Support automation and drive initiates Handle team effectively
