Senior Accountant (CA Final dropout)

We are looking for a Senior Accountant / CA (Final) dropout / Paid Assistant- one who has worked in CA Office with 5-6 years of post articleship experience to join our team at Areete Consultants LLP. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxes, Statutory Audit & as well as familiarity with FEMA and ROC Compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to various aspects of accounting, taxation, and compliance functions.Key Responsibilities:Direct & Indirect Taxes: Preparation, review, and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS etc.).Finalization of Books: Expert Knowledge of Accounting standards to finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.Statutory Audit: Conducting statutory audits for various entities, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and compliance with statutory regulations.FEMA & ROC Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations and timely filing with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).Valuation: Expert knowledge of valuation of companies with different valuation methodsReporting: Assist in management reporting.Client Interaction & Communication: Liaising with clients and regulatory bodies, providing guidance on complex tax and compliance matters.
