Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant for a full-time position based on-site in Kolkata. The Senior Accountant will handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax preparation, and account reconciliation. The role also involves preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and streamlining financial processes. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and strategy execution. Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgetingProficiency in tax preparation, handling compliance, and knowledge of tax regulationsExperience in account reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial analysisProficiency in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, Tally, or similar systemsEffective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification like CA, CMA, or CPA is an advantage
