ResponsibilitiesJob Description Prepare and analyze IND AS financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow statements. Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements under IND AS regulations. Lead and manage internal and external audit processes to ensure financial integrity and transparency. Assist in the management and calculation of taxation obligations, including GST and TDS, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
