**Job Description Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive (CA Inter/Semi-qualified CA)** **Position:** Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive **Qualification:** CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA **Experience:** 3-5+ Years **Location:** Delhi **Working Model:** Onsite (Client Office) **Industry Preference:** Renewable Energy / Power Sector **About the Role** We are seeking experienced accounting professionals with strong expertise in general accounting, invoice processing, bill passing, reconciliations, and month-end closure activities. Candidates with prior experience in the Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure sector will be preferred. **Key Responsibilities** - Process vendor invoices and perform bill passing activities. - Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. - Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations. - Post journal entries and conduct ledger scrutiny. - Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. - Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related accounting tasks. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for documentation and approvals. - Prepare MIS reports and support audit requirements. - Ensure timely accounting of expenses and vendor payments. **Desired Candidate Profile** - CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA with 3-5+ years of accounting experience. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. - Hands-on experience in invoice processing, reconciliations, and accounting operations. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Prior exposure to Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.
