The role involves working on Ind AS financials, handling audits, and managing operational finance activities including vendor payments, compliance, and reconciliations.On a typical day you will:Preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind Acoounting.Handling month-end and year-end closing activitiesLeading statutory audits and supporting internal & tax auditsManaging vendor onboarding, invoice processing, and payments (P2P cycle)Processing employee reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliationsManaging banking operations, including payments and bank reconciliationsHandling foreign outward remittances and related compliancesEnsuring compliance with GST, TDS, EPF, PT, and other statutory requirementsPerforming ledger reconciliations and maintaining financial recordsCoordinating with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Procurement, etc.)Supporting fixed asset verification and maintaining FARMaintaining proper documentation and audit trailsKey Skills:Ind AS, Financial ReportingStatutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax AuditAccounts Payable (P2P), Vendor ManagementGST, TDS, ComplianceBank Reconciliation, Ledger ReconciliationERP Systems (JDE preferred), Advanced ExcelWhat you will need to be successful:Qualified CA / CMA / CA Inter/MBA7–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accountingStrong knowledge of Ind AS and audit handlingExperience in end-to-end finance operationsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience in JDE (JD Edwards) is an added advantageIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
