We are Hiring For Senior Associate Finance for a leading Media production House.Job Description: Senior Associate – Finance & AccountsLocation: [ South Mumbai]About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts to manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, MIS, and compliance activities. Candidates with prior experience in the Media & Entertainment or Film Production industry will be preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS payments, and tax filings.Perform GST input tax credit reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow statements.Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, and other financial compliance requirements.Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, financial trackers, and cost reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, and financial planning.Monitor revenue, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.Maintain and update financial records using Tally and Zoho Books.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.Qualifications & RequirementsCA with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience, or a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Prior experience in a Media & Entertainment or Film Production company is preferred.Good knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, accounting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in Tally and Zoho Books.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.Desired SkillsStrong knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple responsibilities.
