Hiring | Senior Consultant / Engagement Lead/ Manager –Buisness Models & Valuations📍 Location: Gurugram & Mumbai💼 Experience: 1–10 years (Post-Qualification)Senior Consultant: 1–4 years of relevant experienceEngagement Lead: 4–7 years of relevant experienceManager : 7–10 years of relevant experience🎓 Qualification: MBA Finance / CA / CFA/CMA/ACCAKey Responsibilities:Build financial models from scratch for project finance, bid pricing, and financial feasibility assessment.Develop project finance and bid models covering revenue projections, operating costs, debt structuring, cash flows, and IRR calculations.Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess bid pricing, project profitability, and financing options.Support clients in fundraising transactions, financing strategies, and investor presentations.Analyse project economics, debt repayment structures, and equity returns to support bidding decisions.Coordinate with clients, investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders.Key Skills Required:Hands-on experience in Project Finance Modelling, Bid Modelling, and building financial models from scratch.Advanced MS Excel skills, including INDEX, OFFSET, Macros, and scenario analysis.Strong understanding of corporate finance, debt funding, bid pricing, and financial forecasting.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
