At SimplAI, we don’t just make AIpossible, we make it practical.Experience: 5-6 Years | Location: Gurugram, Haryana | Employment Type: Full-timeAbout The RoleWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional to join our financeteam as a Senior Finance Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financialplanning, budgeting, reporting, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will partner closely withcross-functional teams-including business, operations, and leadership to provide data-driveninsights and enable sound financial decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP\&A)○ Lead and manage the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and monthlyvariance analysis.○ Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business scenarios andinvestment decisions.○ Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, identifying trends and areas of improvement.○ Own P&L tracking and performance monitoring across business units.Management Reporting○ Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements, dashboards, MIS and managementreports.Business Finance & Decision Support○ Act as a business partner to departments like sales, operations, and product teams.○ Evaluate new business opportunities, pricing models, and cost structures.○ Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, product launches, and M&Adue diligence.Governance, Compliance & Internal Controls○ Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internalpolicies.○ Work closely with auditors during internal/external audits.○ Maintain strong documentation and support risk mitigation across financeoperations.Payroll Management○ Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.○ Ensure timely and compliant payroll execution for all employees.○ Administer payroll operations, ensuring precision and adherence to statutoryrequirements.○ Manage payroll cycles, including salary disbursements, tax deductions, andreporting.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or CFA (Level II/III) is highly desirable.5–6 years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or controllership roles.Hands-on experience with financial systems and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, SAP, Oracle,NetSuite, Power BI, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic business environment.Good to HaveExperience in high-growth startups, SaaS, fintech, or ecommerce sectors.Exposure to international accounting standards and cross-border complianceWhat We OfferA high-impact role with a fast-growing and innovative company.Opportunity to work closely with top leadership and make strategic contributions.A collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning and growth.Competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.Role OverviewSalary₹8–10LPAEmploymentFull TimeExperience5-6 yrsWork modeWork From OfficeLocationGurugramCategoryTechnology & InformationFunctionAccounting/ FinanceReady to apply?Takes 2 minutes.
