Key Responsibilities - Oversee overall finance and accounting operations. - Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and management reports. - Monitor financial performance and conduct budget variance analysis. - Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial closing. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and applicable statutory regulations. - Manage cash flow, working capital, banking activities, and fund utilization. - Monitor operating expenses, profitability, and cost optimization. - Coordinate internal and statutory audits, tax assessments, and financial reporting. - Establish internal financial controls and risk management procedures. - Lead the Finance & Accounts team and coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and support strategic decision-making.
