Senior Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee Accounts, Taxation (TDS & GST), Audit, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, and Variance Analysis.Ensure statutory compliance related to direct and indirect taxes.Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audit activities.Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support management decision-making.Monitor budgets, costs, and conduct variance analysis with actionable recommendations.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors for smooth financial operations.Drive process improvements and financial controls across the organization.Candidate Requirements:Qualified CA / CMA / MBA Finance (preferred).Proven experience in handling Accounts, GST, TDS, Audit, MIS, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis.Experience managing a team of 15+ finance professionals.Mandatory experience working with a Manufacturing Company, preferably in a Factory Environment.Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and SAP HANA is mandatory.Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Experience: 15+ YearsIndustry Preference: Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering
