Abhijith Preman & Co. LLP is a Chartered Accountancy and transaction advisory firm with offices in Bengaluru, Kochi and Calicut. We work with growth-stage startups and SMEs on Virtual CFO services, audit, compliance, financial modelling, due diligence, and fundraising.We are hiring a Team Lead for our Kochi branch.Qualification: Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of post-qualification experienceLocation: KochiCTC: Up to 12 LPAWhat you will do1.     Lead the Kochi team: plan, allocate and coordinate all client work2.     Review deliverables before they go to the Partner or the client3.     Train and support junior team members and articles4.     Coordinate with the Partner on engagement status, scope and escalations5.     Own client relationships: manage expectations, timelines and communication6.     Own the profitability of the Kochi branch: billing, recovery, utilisation7.     Ensure every allocated engagement is completed correctly and on timeWhat we are looking for1.     Strong working knowledge of accounting, audit, income tax and GST2.     Prior experience in financial modelling, due diligence or pitch decks is an added advantage3.     Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel is a must4.     Strong communication and people-management skills5.     Comfortable reviewing others' work and taking ownership of the outputHow to applyEmail your resume to careers@apcallp.com with the subject line "Team Lead [Kochi] - CA Qualified".
