Job DescriptionGrade - L08-L10Job Profile Liaising with Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions for raising loans, optimizing funding arrangements and managing relationships. MIS’s preparation for management, to identify changes, top-up / top-down requirements etc. Ensuring optimum security margin levels, monitoring its payouts, Put – Call, Interest resets etc. Documentation handling, executions, charge filings etc., ensuring compliance for all active loans, covenants etc. and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings. Post sanction monitoring of loan compliances and covenants of loans. Analyzing financial performance, valuation reports and providing insights to management. Coordination and closures with trustees, rating agencies, monitoring compliance with RBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements Having a basic knowledge of income tax, GST and Corporate law Cash flow management and allocations of funds to optimize liquidityEducation Profile (Include years & areas of experience): CA or MBA
