Urgent Hiring Chartered Accountant (CA) 5-6years exp Bangalore

About the Role We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced **Chartered Accountant** to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, closing activities, and statutory compliance. Candidates with experience in the **Energy, Power, or Renewable Energy sector** and exposure to **Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365** will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end financial accounting and reporting activities. - Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. - Prepare and review financial statements, MIS, and management reports. - Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, including Ind AS / IFRS. - Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Monitor internal controls and support process improvements. - Work closely with cross-functional teams and management on financial planning and reporting. - Utilize Microsoft Dynamics / Dynamics 365 for accounting and financial operations. Candidate Requirements - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory. - 5-10 years of overall experience, preferably with 56 years of post-qualification experience. - Strong experience in Finance & Accounts, Financial Reporting, and Closing Activities. - Experience in the Energy, Power, Oil & Gas, or Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage. - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and statutory compliance. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. - Immediate joiners preferred **Please share your updated CV with the subject line: CA – Finance & Accounts” and send it to hr@tyagroup.co.in.**
