Urgent Requirement Experienced Chartered Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION **Position:** Senior Chartered Accountant Finance & Accounts **Experience:** 14+ Years **Industry:** Manufacturing Only **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant **Department:** Finance & Accounts Job Summary We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry to manage and lead the Finance & Accounts function. The candidate must have strong expertise in financial management, manufacturing costing, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, working capital management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the manufacturing company. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements. - Handle manufacturing costing, product costing, inventory valuation, WIP, and finished goods accounting. - Monitor production costs, material consumption, wastage, scrap, and cost variances. - Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and management information system (MIS) reports. - Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, tax audits, statutory audits, and other applicable regulatory compliances. - Oversee working capital management, cash flow planning, banking, fund management, and credit facilities. - Ensure proper inventory control, stock reconciliation, and physical verification. - Manage fixed assets, capital expenditure, depreciation, and capital work-in-progress. - Establish and monitor internal financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures. - Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities. - Analyse financial performance and recommend measures for cost reduction and profitability improvement. - Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team. - Provide financial analysis and strategic support to senior management. Eligibility Criteria - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI. - Minimum 14 years of relevant professional experience. - Current and/or substantial work experience in manufacturing companies is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, inventory management, taxation, and financial reporting. - Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent. - Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Preferred Candidate Profile - Candidates currently working in manufacturing organizations will be preferred. - Experience in plant finance, cost control, budgeting, and working capital management. - Ability to independently manage the Finance & Accounts department. - Strong understanding of statutory requirements, internal controls, and business finance. **Industry Preference:** Manufacturing companies only. **Application Requirement:** Candidates should share their updated CV highlighting CA qualification, total experience, current employer, manufacturing industry experience, current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
