This role oversees the organization’s financial and treasury strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, banking management and capital allocation. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and monitoring key financial metrics to support decision-making. The Vice President Finance will collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate investments, optimize costs, manage risks, and align financial plans with long-term business objectives. This role also involves leading and mentoring the finance team, improving financial processes and systems, and supporting board-level reporting and stakeholder communication.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate finance leadership roles.Proficiency in Financial Planning and forecasting to drive budgeting, long-term planning, and strategic initiatives.Hands-on experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.Proven experience managing finance and treasury teams, with the ability to mentor, delegate, and build high-performing, collaborative teams.Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and treasury management; familiarity with ERP and financial systems is an advantage.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership and the board.Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field (e.g., MBA, CA, CMA) preferred.
