Walk-in || Chartered Accountant

**Job Summary** We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our **Internal Finance Team** and manage financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audits, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and practical experience in finance and statutory compliance. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. - Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, P&L, and balance sheets. - Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances. - Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory reports. - Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support statutory audits. - Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Monitor accounts payable, receivable, cash flow, and reconciliations. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. - Identify financial risks and recommend process improvements. - Provide financial insights and support management in decision-making. **Requirements** - CA qualification is mandatory. - 1-5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, taxation, or audit. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance. - Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. - Candidates with experience in an audit firm or corporate finance team will be preferred. **What We Offer** - Competitive salary package - Career growth opportunities - Exposure to end-to-end finance and taxation - Professional learning and development - Collaborative work environment - Opportunity to work closely with senior management
