Job Title: US Telecaller & Payments Associate **Job Type:** Full-Time **Experience:** Freshers & Experienced **Shift:** Night Shift (US Process) **Location:** Hyderabad Job Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to US customers regarding tax services, payments, and account-related queries. - Follow up with customers for pending payments and required documents. - Explain payment details, tax service information, and resolve basic customer queries. - Maintain accurate customer records and update call/payment status. - Meet daily call, follow-up, and productivity targets. - Coordinate with internal teams for payment and customer-related issues. Requirements - Freshers and candidates with US calling/payment experience can apply. - Good English communication and conversation skills. - Comfortable working in US night shifts. - Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. - Good convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling skills. - Ability to meet targets and work in a team.
