Banking And Finance Executive

**Role & responsibilities** Job Responsibilities - Acquire new customers for the bank's products and services. - Generate leads through references, customer interactions and assigned channels. - Explain savings accounts, current accounts and other relevant banking products. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships. - Achieve assigned acquisition and business targets. - Assist customers with account opening and documentation. - Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements and procedures. - Coordinate with internal teams to provide quality customer service. **Preferred candidate profile** Eligibility Criteria - Any graduate from a recognized university. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to work toward targets. - Interest in banking, sales and customer acquisition. - Freshers may apply, subject to the bank's selection criteria. **Job location : Tamilnadu**
