WE’RE HIRING | CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA)Are you a Qualified Chartered Accountant looking to take the next step in your professional journey?We are looking for Chartered Accountants with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a mid-sized CA firm to join our growing team!🔹 Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for an assigned portfolio of clients.Lead client engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure effective expectation management.Take ownership of overall engagement delivery and ensure timely completion of assignments.Handle team and client escalations with effective problem-solving.Review team deliverables, drive work quality, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.Actively participate in and contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.🎯 Candidate Requirements:Qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong understanding of Indian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Accounting Standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach.In-depth knowledge of accounting practices for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation laws.Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on working knowledge of Tally.
