Experience - At least 0- 1 year of relevant experience into Transfer Pricing Core Transfer Pricing Role & responsibilities: - Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation - Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions - Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases - Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities - Assisting in representing seniors / counsels clients before the tax authorities like TPOs, AOs, CIT (A), ITAT, etc. - Reviewing inter-company agreements from transfer pricing perspective - Assisting in Master File and CbCR related compliances
