Job Description Chartered Account FresherPosition: CA Fresher Finance AccountsIndustry: Real EstateExperience: Fresher / Newly Qualified CALocation: HyderabadQualification: CA Qualified / ICAI MemberJob SummaryWe are looking for a CA Fresher to join our Finance Accounts team in the Real Estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, accounting, taxation, audits, compliance, and MIS activities while supporting the overall financial management of real estate projects.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for real estate projects.Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support project-wise accounting, budgeting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide required financial documents.Review vendor payments, invoices, expenses, and reconciliations.Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards related to projects, revenue, expenses, collections, and profitability.Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and project cash flows.Assist in RERA-related financial compliance and reporting.Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Sales, CRM, Legal, and Project teams.Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.Support management in financial analysis and decision-making.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting and Financial ReportingGood understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax statutory complianceKnowledge of Auditing and Internal ControlsGood MS Excel / Advanced Excel skillsKnowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP will be an advantageGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and coordination skillsPreferred CandidateRecently Qualified CA / CA FresherArticleship experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or similar industries is preferred.Candidates with exposure to project accounting, taxation, audit, or MIS will be preferred.Industry: Real Estate (Mandatory/Preferred)Experience: Fresher / 01 YearQualification: CA QualifiedThis job is provided by Shine.com
