The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, timely reporting, and strengthening clients' finance processes. **Key** **Responsibilities** - Independently manage books of accounts for multiple Agrya clients across various industries. - Handle end-to-end accounting including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization support. - Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations. - Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements. - Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure activities. - Prepare MIS reports, cash flow summaries, and management reports. - Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital position. - Coordinate with tax consultants, legal advisors, and client stakeholders. - Maintain strong internal controls and accounting documentation. - Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives. - Guide and review work performed by junior accounting team members (if applicable). **Desired** **Candidate** **Profile** - CA / Semi-Qualified CA - 3 to 6 years (including Articleship) of experience in internal or industry accounting roles. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance. - Hands-on experience in Tally (Zoho Books exposure preferred). - Experience handling accounts for multiple entities preferred. - Strong MS Excel skills. - Ability to work independently and handle a team with ownership mindset. - Good analytical, coordination, and communication skills. **Why** **Agrya** **Consulting** **Pvt.** **Ltd.** - Exposure to multi-entity finance operations. - Ownership-driven role with decision-making exposure. - Direct interaction with leadership team. - Professional and growth-oriented work culture. - Opportunity to grow into managerial finance roles within the Agrya group.
