We are looking for young Chartered Accountants with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team in the Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and Direct Tax departments. As a Chartered Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our organization. **Roles and Responsibility** - Conduct statutory audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Perform internal audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations. - Handle direct tax matters, including filing returns and ensuring tax compliance. - Prepare and review financial statements and reports. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. - Develop and implement financial models and forecasts. **Job Requirements** - Must be a Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in accounting principles. - Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required. - Familiarity with accounting software and systems is preferred.
