**CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA) / MBA FINANCE** **Company: Universal Contractors & Engineers Limited** Position: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance Experience: 3+ Years Salary: Up to 10 Lakh P.A. Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Alpha 1 Greater Noida Qualification: CA Final / MBA (Finance) **About the Role** We are looking for a **qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA Finance** with more than 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in **banking, finance, fund raising, financial institutions, treasury operations, and financial reporting**. The candidate should have strong exposure to dealing with banks and financial institutions and handling corporate financial requirements. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and coordinate banking and financial institution relationships. - Handle fund raising activities, including coordination with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions. - Manage loan processing, documentation, sanction and disbursement requirements. - Handle Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC) and other banking instruments. - Coordinate with banks for limits, renewals, enhancements and restructuring of banking facilities. - Manage and monitor working capital limits, term loans, cash credit and other credit facilities. - Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for trade-related transactions and platforms. - Handle liaisoning and regular communication with banks and financial institutions. - Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and financial analysis. - Lead/assist in Balance Sheet finalization, including schedules, provisions, reconciliations and statutory requirements. - Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and provide required financial information. - Monitor financial compliance, accounting controls and banking documentation. - Prepare financial data and reports required by management, lenders and financial institutions. - Ensure timely completion of month-end, year-end closing and financial reporting. **Required Skills & Experience** - CA qualification is mandatory/ MBA Finance. - Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably post-qualification. - Strong experience in Banking & Finance. - Practical exposure to Loans, Fund Raising and Working Capital Finance. - Experience in handling BG/LC and other banking facilities. - Strong knowledge of Bank Limits and Credit Facilities. - Experience in dealing with Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions. - Exposure to Trade Finance / Trade Platforms will be preferred. - Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet preparation and finalisation. - Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance. - Strong communication, negotiation and liaisoning skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. **Preferred Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate should be a **commercially strong CA** who can independently handle banking relationships, financing requirements, fund raising, credit facilities and financial reporting, while effectively coordinating with management, banks, auditors and financial institutions. . **Interested candidates may share their updated CV with:** **hr@ucepl.com** **HR Department- Universal Contractors and Engineers Limited.**
