R2R Finance Payroll Accounting | CA

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead Payroll Accounting, Statutory Compliance, Audits, and Payroll Governance within the Record-to-Report (R2R) function. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll accounting, timely financial reporting, and full compliance with Indian payroll and labor laws. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end payroll accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting. - Drive payroll-related month-end and year-end closing activities. - Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements. - Lead internal, external, and statutory payroll audits. - Manage regulatory filings, assessments, inspections, and notices. - Evaluate the impact of new labor codes and implement necessary process changes. - Strengthen payroll controls, governance, and process efficiency. - Partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, and Finance stakeholders. **Required Skills** - R2R / Payroll Accounting - Payroll Compliance & Statutory Regulations - Financial Reporting & Reconciliations - Audit & Internal Controls - Labor Law Compliance - Stakeholder Management - Process Improvement & Governance **Qualifications** - CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com - Experience in Payroll Accounting, Finance Controllership, Shared Services, or Global Finance Operations preferred. **Competencies** - Strategic Business Partnering - Influencing & Stakeholder Management - Analytical Thinking - Compliance & Risk Management - Leadership & Team Management **Shift Timings** **12:00 PM to 9:00 PM** (IST) Send Resume on vrinda.gupta@coforge.com
