Chartered Accountant

**Experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) | Mumbai** We are looking for an **experienced Chartered Accountant** to take on a key finance role within a diversified umbrella group with interests across **hospitality and industrial ventures**, along with exposure to international matters. **Location:** Andheri East, Mumbai **Position:** Chartered Accountant Finance & Accounts **Qualification:** Qualified CA **Experience:** 4+ years preferred **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee finance, accounting, taxation and statutory compliance across multiple group entities - Financial reporting, MIS, budgeting and cash-flow management - GST, TDS, Income Tax and other regulatory compliances - Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants and regulatory authorities - Strengthen internal controls and financial processes - Support management with financial analysis and business decision-making - Handle finance and accounting assignments relating to the professional services firm and its clients - Work across businesses in the hospitality and industrial sectors We are looking for someone who is **hands-on, commercially minded and comfortable managing the finances of multiple businesses**, rather than someone limited to a purely accounting or compliance role.
